Tree Resolution Form for Golf Course Property
Upcoming Events & Projects
OCFA compliance
Monday, November 4th to Monday, December 2nd
Dear Residents:

I am sure you have all seen the multiple fires in California this season and how much destruction of property that has already occurred.  We need to be vigilant in our efforts right here in our community, so the Board has approved additional renovation landscape work within Dove Canyon.

I am sure you have seen the renovated landscape on the slope west of the pool below the homes on Lakeridge.  That slope is filling in and the color is popping!  The slope on the south side of Dove Canyon below the homes on Midlothian was also renovated and is filling in nicely with waves of different contrasting colors.

Work on the Muirfield slope will begin today and then work will move to Bell Canyon and then Sycamore Canyon.  Please take a moment to make sure your lots are clear of dead debris and dried leaves.  Some trees have been noted as dead or dying on homeowner's lots and owners are being asked to remove them.  Wood shake roofs should be replaced with fire-retardant products.  If you have seen the videos of the fires in the high winds, several homes caught fire from blowing embers.  Hot embers landing on a wood shake roof may be disastrous.  Please submit an ARC application if you currently have a wood shake roof so it can be replaced with a fire-retardant product.  We want all of our residents in Dove Canyon safe!!!
